So the mobile world's gone all topsy-turvy on us -- don't question it, just enjoy the ride. And if you happen to enjoy aluminum unibody designs, you're going to love the aforementioned Alpha devices. According to photos and a video posted to Twitter by "AndroidMX," both the Alpha A5 and A3 will feature the same construction as Samsung's flagship Alpha.
The Galaxy Alpha A5 and A3 are premium looking devices that qualify as mid-range handsets in the Alpha line. Based on rumors and leaked information floating around the web, both devices boast a frame that's made from 100 percent aluminum rather than a material that emulates metal, as was previously speculated.
Samsung's Galaxy A5 features a 5-inch 720p Super AMOLED display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, microSD card slot, 5MP front-facing camera, 13MP rear-facing camera, 2300 mAh battery, and Android 4.4.4 KitKat. Look for it to retail for about $400.
The A3 will feature similar specs but with a smaller 4.7-inch display. It will also have 4G LTE connectivity (it's unclear if the A5 will as well) and retail for between $350 and $400.
